Your Coach. Your Future.
Your Coach. Your Future.
Personalized baseball training designed specifically to meet the needs of each individual athlete. Frank Ramppen’s expertise is a culmination of years of experience and success at all levels. His comprehensive training model includes all aspects of the game. Frank teaches with passion and a total commitment to athlete and his family.
My success playing at the amateur and professional level was only the first step in becoming a great coach. The mentoring of Bobby V as a major league coach, studying human nature as it pertains to the sport, and having two highly competitive sons of my own completed the process.
Frank has been involved in baseball his entire life. He played his youth baseball in Stamford, CT., winning multiple State Championships and All State honors. Collegiately he played 3 years at the University of Tampa and was drafted by the Minnesota Twins after his junior year. While with the Twins, Frank played alongside Hall of Famer, Kirby Puckett and won the California League Championship.
Frank has coached at a variety of levels from local youth baseball to regional travel teams to the professional level in Japan, accomplishing championships at each respective level.
While in Japan, Frank wore many hats. He served as the coach of base-running, first base, infield, hitting & as the bench coach. In 2005, The Chiba Lotte Marines won the Japanese World Series en route to the Asian Series. Frank’s infielders all won gold gloves that year, the first time this was ever achieved in Japanese baseball history.
After Japan, Frank took over operations at Bobby Valentine's Sports Academy teaching youth and professional athletes ages four through adult. He was also the head of curriculum at BVSA, training all instructors on best coaching practices.

Option 2:
When Family A signs up for a Gold Package on June 1st of 2019 they have now bought 60 hours and all the perks that come with it. Family A, by September 1st has used 30 hours (½ of the package). I will send out a notice email notifying the family that they have used ½ of the yearly package. Now by November 15th, Family A has used 45 hours (¾ of the package) and Frank will follow up with another email notifying the family again. Subsequently January 15th comes around, and they have now finished the 60 hours that were good from June 1st, 2019 to June 1st, 2020. Family A, in this case to continue with regularly scheduled lessons would have to make sure the $15,000 is fully paid off and now sign up for a new package. This package would take effect from January 16th, 2020 to January 16th, 2021.
If Family B who also started a Gold Package on June 1st, 2019 and only used 45 hours must still pay for the Gold Package in full by June 1st, 2020. Though they did not use their 60 hours by June 1st, 2020, the other 15 hours are loss as potential hours under that initial package that could have been scheduled. They would now need to sign up for any package (new) for 2020-2021.
Freezing packages is only an option when an athlete is injured. Ramp3 packages are annual packages for committed players.
